Fully equipped kitchen, bath, satellite TV, DVD / CD, XM radio, gas fireplace, Air conditioning, star gazing deck, hot tub, assorted games, covered porch, and charcoal grill. Beautiful pastoral and mountain views. This is an intimate efficiency, perfect for a family of 4.  Well behaved pets are welcome. (1st floor is just storage)
